  Went in after staying away for about a year due to employees that will mess with your order if you dare make a change like no salt on the fries, you get extra salt on the sandwich. So I went in and there were all new employees and the owners were no where in sight. The employees were efficient and friendly and the experience was better than before but I don't use my real name while ordering because the owners wife had ambushed me at the register and asked how I could give a bad review when she doesn't know what her workers do behind her back. Now I use an alias and have to put up with salt on my fries and higher blood pressure to get a good sandwich, but its worth it.

  Being a business owner, I understand that it's important to keep controllables in line.
  
  We visited this location on Fathers Day and it appeared to only be one person working. Service was slow and the young man who was polite seemed overwhelmed. After waiting some 5 minutes trying to place an order, we decided to leave. There were 3 people already sitting down waiting on their food.
  
  Penn Station is a great product, unfortunately I can't speak on this location as we didn't have the opportunity to dine here.

  Pleasantly surprised about this sandwich shop!    I had a family member in Town and we were looking for a lunch option in the area.    I'm always up for trying a new sandwich joint!
  
  I had the chicken Philly and was very impressed.  The bread was freshly baked, plus toasted to perfection!  Yum!!
  
  My sister in law had the tuna and she too really loved her sandwich.
  
  The staff was very friendly and followed up with us to insure we enjoyed our sandwich.  
  
  Great job!  We will be back!

  No disrespect to Firehouse Subs, Subway, or any other restaurant that sells subs, but this place beats them all. I've been twice and it's phenomenal every time. So far I've tried the Cordon Bleu Sub and the Chicken Parmesan (add pepperoni, and thank me later) and both have been delicious! The hand cut fries are awesome! And you cannot not have the Freshly Squeezed Lemonade! Don't sleep on this place!

  Food was not bad but not good firehouse subs taste way better but there cookies are good other than that I wont go back.
